On a recent trip to Greece, one word we heard often is "αυθεντικότητα" - when it comes to their culture, cuisine, and people. We learn the origins come from the Greek root 'authentikos,' which means original, genuine, and principal.

Lately, we have heard "Authenticity" used more and more in numerous contexts on TV, on social media, and in everyday talk. It's been fascinating to see its continued growth and its different meanings.
